New York, Sept. 29 - Digital Ally Inc. said it has completed a $4.7 million private placement of shares.
The company sold 4.7 million shares at $1.00 each.
Source Capital Groups, Inc. was the placement agent.
Proceeds will be used for marketing of the company's newly launched digital video surveillance products. The rest will be used for general corporate purposes.
Based in Leawood, Kan., Digital Ally manufactures surveillance and other technologies used by law enforcement, homeland security and commercial security purposes.
