Russsia's Transneft to issue dollar-denominated seven-year notes

New York, Feb. 8 - Russian oil pipeline company OJSC AK Transneft plans to sell a dollar-denominated offering of seven-year loan participation notes (A2/BBB+), according to a market source.

A roadshow is schedule to run from Feb. 12 through Feb. 19, making stops in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S note offering, which will be issued via TransCapitalInvest Ltd.
