Fitch affirms DFCC Bank

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the national long-term rating of DFCC Bank at AA(lka), along with its senior debentures at AA(lka) and subordinated debentures at AA-(lka).

The outlook remains stable.

The ratings reflect the bank's strong capital base and sustained high profitability, Fitch said.

The ratings also factor in the bank's inherent lack of product and funding diversity as a development finance institution, the agency said, as well as its large exposure to riskier long-term project finance.
