Dex Media seeks amendment to allow for term loan B refinancings at Dex West and Dex East

New York, Nov. 9 - Dex Media Inc. is looking to amend both Dex Media West's and Dex Media East's credit facilities to allow for a refinancing of their term loan Bs, according to a company news release.

The amendment will occur concurrently with the Dex Media West $200 million senior notes offering, the release added.

Dex Media is an Englewood, Colo., directory publisher.
