New Issue: BMO prices $600,000 barrier notes linked to Dexcom
Chicago, Aug. 22 – Bank of Montreal priced $600,000 of 0% barrier notes due Aug. 18, 2023 linked to the common stock performance of Dexcom, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the stock if the stock finishes above its initial level, capped at par plus 25.9%.
If the stock declines but closes above 50% of its initial level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the loss.
