Dewan Housing announces decision to issue convertible securities

Kansas City, Kan., Jan. 19 - Dewan Housing Finance Corp. Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has approved an issue of securities convertible into equity shares.

The company may also issue equity shares.

Dewan Housing is a housing finance company in Mumbai, India.
