New York, April 12 - The Development Authority of the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County of Georgia priced $65.02 million of series 2011 revenue and refunding bonds for the University of Georgia Athletic Association, according to an official statement.
The bonds (Aa3) were sold through Raymond James & Associates Inc.
The bonds are due 2012 to 2029 with a term bond due in 2031. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5.25%, and the yields range from 0.88% to 4.99%. The 2031 bonds have a 5% coupon to yield 5.19%.
Proceeds will be used to renovate and expand the Butts-Hehre Heritage Hall, to renovate the concourse at Stegeman Coliseum and to renovate Reed Alley on the University of Georgia campus.
