S&P: Stable view for Deutsche Postbank bonds

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed and removed from CreditWatch negative the AAA long-term and A-1+ short-term credit ratings on Deutsche Postbank AG's public sector covered bonds.

A stable outlook was assigned.

The affirmations follow the application of S&P's updated covered bond criteria.

The agency said it reviewed the company's most recent asset and cash flow information and had discussions the issuers to understand the planned issuance profile and expected levels of credit enhancement.
