Deutsche Bank plans leveraged buffered notes linked to iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, Aug. 21 – Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch plans to price 0% capped leveraged buffered notes linked to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will mature between 22 and 25 months after issue.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.4 times any fund gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,238 to $1,294 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 12.5% and will lose 1.14286% for every 1% decline beyond 12.5%.
