Deutsche Bank plans digital return notes linked to platinum

New York, June 18 – Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital return notes due July 9, 2015 linked to the price of platinum, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final price of platinum is greater than or equal to the initial price, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return of 10.2%.

Investors will receive par for losses up to 10% and will share fully in losses if the price falls by more than 10%.

The notes (Cusip: 25152RLJ0) are expected to price on June 20 and settle on June 25.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the placement agents.
