New Issue: Deutsche Bank prices $17.68 million trigger performance notes on Vanguard FTSE EM

Madison, Wis., April 29 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced $17.68 million of 0% trigger performance securities due April 30, 2019 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 143.2% of the fund return.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to losses from the initial level if it falls more than 25%.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
