Deutsche Bank plans capped return enhanced notes on MSCI EAFE

Madison, Wis., July 16 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch plans to price 0% return enhanced notes due Aug. 6, 2014 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of at least 22.3%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the placement agents.

The notes will price on July 19 and settle on July 24.

The Cusip number is 25152RDW0.
