Deutsche Bank plans to price capped, floored floaters due 2023

Madison, Wis., April 29 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch plans to price capped floating-rate notes due May 15, 2023, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is equal to Libor plus 100 basis points, subject to a rate cap of 6% and a floor of 1%. Interest is payable quarterly.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is the agent.

The notes are expected to settle on May 15.

The Cusip number is 25152RVA8.
