New Issue: Deutsche Bank prices $5.74 million airbag yield notes on Cablevision

Madison, Wis., Dec. 11 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced $5.74 million of 9.5% annualized airbag yield optimization notes due June 12, 2014 linked to the common stock of Cablevision Systems Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the final share price is less than the conversion price, in which case the payout will be a number of Cablevision shares equal to $1,000 divided by the conversion price. The conversion price is 85% of the initial share price.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are the underwriters.
