Deutsche Bank plans capped BUyS with 18.75%-22.8% cap on S&P 500

Chicago, May 21 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch plans to price 0% capped buffered underlying securities due Nov. 29, 2013 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum return of 18.75% to 22.8%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is the agent.

The notes will price on May 25 and settle on May 31.

The Cusip number is 2515A1K34.
