Deutsche Bank plans autocallable securities linked to iShares MSCI EM

San Diego, Feb. 6 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch plans to price autocallable securities due 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus an annualized call premium of 10.5% to 13.5% if the fund closes at or above its initial price on any annual call date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the fund closes below 70% of its initial level on the final valuation date, in which case investors will be fully exposed to losses from the initial level.

The exact terms will be set at pricing.

The Cusip is 2515A1GT2.
