New Issue: Deutsche Bank prices $5.91 million 10.07% airbag autocallables linked to ArcelorMittal

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 10 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced $5.91 million of 10.07% airbag autocallable yield optimization notes due Oct. 10, 2013 linked to the American Depositary Shares of ArcelorMittal, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus accrued interest if ArcelorMittal ADSs close at or above the initial ADS price on Jan. 9, 2013, April 9, 2013, July 9, 2013 or Oct. 4, 2013.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless the final ADS price is less than the conversion price, in which case the payout will be a number of ArcelorMittal ADSs equal to $1,000 divided by the conversion price. The conversion price is 60% of the initial ADS price.
