Chicago, May 27 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced $882,000 of 0% capped Buffered Underlying Securities due May 28, 2013 based on the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 60%.
Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 5% and will be exposed to any decline beyond 5%.
