New Issue: Deutsche prices $5.81 million enhanced participation notes on iShares MSCI EM fund

New York, May 10 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced $5.81 million of 0% enhanced participation securities due May 11, 2012 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 130% of any gain in the fund, up to a maximum payment of $611 per $1,000 note.
Investors will share in losses.
Deutsche Bank Securities is the underwriter.
