Deutsche Bank to sell capped BUyS on iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

New York, July 31 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch plans to price 0% capped Buffered Underlying Securities due Feb. 14, 2011 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 15% to 17%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.

The notes are expected to price on Aug. 11 and settle on Aug. 14.
