New Issue: Deutsche prices $2.14 million return optimization notes linked to MSCI Emerging Markets

Chicago, July 30 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced a $2.14 million issue of 0% return optimization securities with partial protection due Jan. 29, 2010 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum gain of 26.6%. Investors will receive par for losses up to 10% and will share in any fund decline beyond 10%.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are the agents.
