New Issue: Deutsche Bank prices $16.66 million floaters linked to Dow Jones - AIG Commodity index

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 15 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced $16.66 million of floating-rate securities due Sept. 15, 2009 linked to the Dow Jones - AIG Commodity Index Total Return, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly and equals Libor minus 16 basis points.

The payout at maturity or upon earlier redemption will be par plus 300% of the sum of (a) the index return minus (b) the TBill return minus (c) an adjustment factor.

The TBill return will be the sum of the 91-day weekly auction high rate for U.S. Treasury bills for each day during the life of the securities. The adjustment factor will be the greater of an annualized rate of 0.45% or a flat rate of 0.06%.

The securities are putable at any time, subject to a minimum of $1 million principal amount of securities, and will be called if the index declines by more than 15%.
