Michigan Finance organizes $92 million school state aid revenue notes

New York, Aug. 12 - The Michigan Finance Authority is set to price $92 million of series 2013C state aid revenue notes for the School District of the City of Detroit, according to a preliminary official statement.
The notes (/SP-1/) will be sold through lead managers J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Loop Capital Markets LLC.
The notes are due Aug. 20, 2014.
Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements to Detroit schools.
