New Issue: Denver Public School District, Colo., sells $129.87 million G.O. bonds

New York, Feb. 6 - The City and County of Denver Public School District No. 1 of Colorado sold $129.87 million of series 2012 general obligation bonds, according to a term sheet.

The bonds (/AA-/) were sold through George K. Baum & Co.

The bonds are due 2012, 2014 and 2017 and 2024 to 2028. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5% with yields from 2.51% to 3.09%. The 2012 bonds have a 2% coupon priced at 101.416. The 2014 bonds have a split maturity with a 2% coupon priced at 103.811 and a 4% coupon priced at 109.374. The 2017 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 115.669.

Proceeds will be used to construct, acquire, renovate and repair school facilities in the district.
