Denver City School plans $58.2 million COP deal for week of April 22

New York, April 22 - The Denver City School District No. 1 of Colorado plans to sell $58.2 million of series 2013C certificates of participation during the week of April 22, according to a sales calendar.

The COPs (Aa3//AA) will be sold through Piper Jaffray & Co.

Proceeds will be used to construct two new schools and improve streets and athletic fields.
