New Issue: Denver brings $856.21 million of airport system revenue bonds

New York, Oct. 11 - The City and County of Denver priced $856,205,000 of series 2012 airport system revenue bonds, said a pricing sheet.

The bonds (//A+) were sold through Barclays.

The offering included $315.78 million of series 2012A bonds, $510.14 million of series 2012B bonds and $30,285,000 of series 2012C taxable bonds.

The 2012A bonds are due 2013 to 2032 with term bonds due in 2037 and 2043. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5%. The 2037 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 99.214 and the 2043 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 98.249.

The 2012B bonds are due 2013 to 2033 with term bonds due in 2037 and 2043. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5%. The 2037 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 113.097. The 2043 bonds have a split maturity with a 4% coupon priced at 100.907 and a 5% coupon priced at 112.011.

The 2012C bonds are due Nov. 15, 2026, and have a 3.592% coupon priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to fund portions of the airport's 2013 to 2018 capital plan and to refund the airport's series 1999B, 2002E and 2003A bonds and commercial paper.
