Denver arranges $750 million offering of airport system revenue bonds

By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, Oct. 9 - The City and County of Denver is set to price $750 million of series 2012 airport system revenue bonds during the week of Oct. 8, according to a sales calendar.

The offering will be conducted in three tranches, but the precise breakdown was unavailable Tuesday.

The bonds (//A+) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Barclays as the senior manager.

Proceeds will be used to fund portions of the airport's 2013 to 2018 capital plan and to refund the airport's series 1999B, 2002E and 2003A bonds and commercial paper.
