Denver to price $50.65 million wastewater revenue bonds Wednesday

New York, Jan. 10 - The City and County of Denver is prepared to sell $50.65 million of series 2012 wastewater enterprise revenue bonds on Wednesday, according to a notice of sale.

The bonds (Aa2/AAA/AAA) will be sold competitively with Piper Jaffray & Co. as the financial adviser.

The bonds are due 2012 to 2032.

Proceeds will be used to finance improvements to the city and county's wastewater system.
