Denver to redeem all $196.78 million outstanding 2000B COPs at 101

Madison, Wis., Oct. 27 - The City and County of Denver said it will redeem its $196.78 million of outstanding series 2000B refunding certificates of participation in full on Dec. 1.

The certificates will be redeemed at 101 plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are the following certificates:

• $4.52 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2011;

• $6.525 million of 5.1% bonds due Dec. 1, 2012;

• $8.725 million of 5.125% bonds due Dec. 1, 2013;

• $10.075 million of 5.2% bonds due Dec. 1, 2014;

• $11.4 million of 5.25% bonds due Dec. 1, 2015;

• $11.99 million of 5.75% bonds due Dec. 1, 2016;

• $12.675 million of 5.75% bonds due Dec. 1, 2017;

• $13.405 million of 5.75% bonds due Dec. 1, 2018;

• $14.185 million of 5.6% bonds due Dec. 1, 2019;

• $14.98 million of 5.6% bonds due Dec. 1, 2020;

• $15.82 million of 5.5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2021; and

• $72.48 million of 5.5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2015.
