Denton ISD, Texas, defeases 2007, 2008 ULT school building bonds

Norfolk, Va., April 27 – The Denton Independent School District, Texas, defeased $19.31 million of its series 2007 and $105.8 million of series 2008 unlimited tax school building bonds, according to a Rule 15c2-12 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The series 2007 bonds are due Aug. 15, 2018 to 2026 and 2030, and the series 2008 bonds are due Aug. 15, 2018 to 2028 and 2033

The bonds will be redeemed on Aug. 15, 2017.
