Moody's ups Deltek to SGL-1

Moody's Investors Service said it revised Deltek, Inc.'s speculative grade liquidity rating to SGL-1 from SGL-2 as a result of the recent extension of the maturity date on the company's credit facilities to 2013 and alleviation of near-term amortization.

The B1 corporate family rating was affirmed.

The SGL-1 also reflects the company's strong cash generating capabilities and high levels of cash on hand, according to the agency.
