Delaware Transportation set to sell $119.31 million revenue bonds

New York, Nov. 24 - The Delaware Transportation Authority is set to price $119.305 million of series 2010 transportation system revenue bonds on Dec. 1, according to a notice of sale.

The offering includes $18 million of series 2010A tax-exempt bonds and $101.305 million of series 2010B Build America Bonds.

The bonds (Aa2/AA+/) will be sold competitively with Public Financial Management Inc. as the financial adviser.

The 2010A bonds are due 2011 to 2019, and the 2010B bonds are due 2011 to 2030.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements to the state's transportation system.
