Moody's gives Haverford College, Pa., bonds Aa2/VMIG1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned Aa2/VMIG1 ratings to Haverford College's $61 million of series 2008 revenue bonds to be issued through the Delaware County Authority, Pa.

The VMIG1 rating reflects a credit agreement with Commerce Bank, which is rated Aa2/P-1.

Sale of the bonds is expected on May 7.
