New York, Oct. 21 - The State of Delaware priced another $175.355 million in series 2010 general obligation bonds, according to a pricing sheet. The sale brings to $298.825 million the total of G.O. bonds sold by the state in a three-tranche offering.
On Thursday, the state priced $115.775 million in series 2010C Build America Bonds and $59.58 million in series 2010D qualified school construction bonds. These bonds are in addition to the $123.47 million in series 2010B bonds the state priced on Wednesday.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. were the underwriters for the bonds (Aaa//AAA).
The 2010C bonds are due 2019 to 2030 with 3.1% to 4.6% coupons. The 2010D bonds are due 2029 and have a 4.55% coupon priced at par.
Proceeds will be used to fund capital projects, including school construction.
