New York, Oct. 20 - The State of Delaware sold $123.47 million of its planned $298.825 million in series 2010 general obligation bonds through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. on Wednesday, according to a partial pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aaa//AAA) are due 2012 to 2024 with 2% to 5% coupons. The full pricing data was not immediately available.
The state intends to sell $115.775 million in series 2010C Build America Bonds and $59.58 million in series 2010D qualified school construction bonds competitively on Thursday.
The co-managers for Wednesday's sale were Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Edward D. Jones & Co. LP, Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., Fidelity Capital Markets and Jefferies & Co.
The proceeds will be used to fund capital projects, including school construction.
