Moody's rates Children's Healthcare of Atlanta bonds Aa2/VMIG 1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa2 VMIG 1 rating to $192.97 million of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta bonds.

The rating applies to $72,965,000 of series 2008A variable-rate demand bonds to be issued by Development Authority of Fulton County, Ga., and $120 million of series 2008B variable-rate demand certificates to be issued by DeKalb Private Hospital Authority.

The outlook is stable.

The short-term portion of the rating is based on standby purchase agreements provided by Landesbank Hessen-Thuringen Girozentrale.
