New Issue: DeKalb County, Ga., prices $143.36 million G.O. refunding bonds

New York, March 22 – DeKalb County, Ga., sold $143,355,000 of series 2016 special transportation, parks and greenspace and libraries tax district general obligation refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa3) were sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Piper Jaffray & Co.
The bonds are due 2018 to 2030 with 3% to 5% coupons and yields from 0.98% to 2.79%.
Proceeds will be used to refund the county’s series 2006 G.O. bonds.
