New Issue: DeKalb County, Ga., brings $134.38 million water, sewer revenue bonds

New York, Dec. 4 - DeKalb County, Ga., sold $134,375,000 of series 2013 water and sewerage second resolution revenue refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet. The size of the deal was cut from $141.71 million.
The bonds (Aa3) were sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Piper Jaffray & Co.
The bonds are due 2014 to 2035 with 2% to 5% coupons and 0.20% to 4.51% yields.
Proceeds will be used to refund the county's series 2003A-B water and sewerage revenue bonds.
