Portland, Ore., Jan. 19 – Airxcel, Inc. started a roadshow on Thursday in Los Angeles for a $300 million offering of five-year senior secured notes, according to an informed source.

A global investor call is scheduled to get underway at 11:30 a.m. ET on Friday.

The roadshow moves to New York on Monday and to Boston on Tuesday.

The deal is also set to price on Tuesday.

The notes come with two years of call protection.

The Cordele, Ga.-based company plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt and fund a distribution.
