New Issue: Singapore’s DBS Group sells $800 million 1.194% notes due 2027
Chicago, Sept. 8 – DBS Group Holdings Ltd. sold an $800 million offering of 1.194% notes due March 15, 2027 at a spread of Treasuries plus 37 basis points on Tuesday, according to a market source.
The notes had been talked in the Treasuries plus 65 bps area.
BofA Securities, Inc., Barclays, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., ING Financial Markets LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC are listed as bookrunners.
The financial services group is based in Singapore.
