Los Angeles, March 10 – DBS Group Holdings Ltd. issued $500 million of 1.822% subordinated notes due 2031 on Wednesday, according to a notice.
DBS Bank Ltd., Credit Agricole CIB, Singapore Branch, Merrill Lynch (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., J.P. Morgan (SEA) Ltd., Societe Generale, BNP Paribas, Natixis, RBC Europe Ltd. and Wells Fargo Securities International Ltd. are the bookrunners.
The financial services group is based in Singapore.
