Moody's gives Aa3 to Dauphin County, Pa., school bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa3 enhanced long-term rating to the Dauphin County General Authority, Pa.'s $150 million of school revenue bonds, series of 1997 (School District Pooled Financing Program II), which were originally issued with a $250 million par amount.
