New Issue: Air Products prices $300 million 4.15% five-year notes at Treasuries plus 150 bps

Omaha, Feb. 1 - Air Products & Chemicals, Inc. priced $300 million 4.15% five-year senior notes Friday to yield Treasuries plus 150 basis points, an informed source said.

The notes (A2/A) have a price of 99.822 to yield 4.19%. They have a make-whole call at Treasuries plus 25 bps.

Bookrunners were Barclays Capital Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including repayment and refinancing of debt, for acquisitions, for working capital, for capital expenditures and for the repurchase and redemption of securities.

The gas and materials company is based in Allentown, Pa.
