Air Products & Chemicals files automatic shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 26 - Air Products & Chemicals, Inc. filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers debt securities, common stock, preferred stock, warrants and depositary shares.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Based in Allentown, Pa., Air Products and Chemicals serves technology, energy, industrial and health care customers with a portfolio of products, services and solutions that include atmospheric gases, process and specialty gases, performance materials, equipment and services.
