Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 31 – DanDrit Biotech USA, Inc. completed a $2 million private placement of stock on Dec. 31, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 400,000 common shares at $5.00 apiece.
The private biotechnology company is based in Copenhagen.
