Dallas Fort-Worth International Airport remarkets $337.075 million in series 2002, 2003 and 2004 bonds

New York, April 2 - The Dallas Fort-Worth International Airport has successfully remarketed its series 2002B, 2002C, 2003C-1, 2003C-2, 2004A-1 and 2004A-2 bonds, according to an official statement.

The bonds had previously bore interest in the auction-rate mode and now bear interest at fixed rates.

The series 2002B bonds are due 2018, 2023 and 2028. The 2018 bonds have a 5.75% coupon, the 2023 bonds have a 6% coupon and the 2028 bonds have a 6.25% coupon. All are priced at par.

The series 2002C bonds are due 2018, 2023 and 2028. The 2018 bonds have a 5.75% coupon, the 2023 bonds have a 6% coupon and the 2028 bonds have a 6.25% coupon, also all priced at par.

The series 2003C-1 bonds are due 2013 and 2018. The 2013 bonds have a 4.75% coupon, and the 2018 bonds have a 5.75% coupon, both priced at par.

The series 2003C-2 bonds are due 2018 with a 6.125% coupon, priced at par.

The series 2004A-1 bonds are due 2009, 2018 and 2024. The 2009 bonds have a 3.5% coupon, the 2018 bonds have a 5.75% coupon and the 2024 bonds have a 6.1% coupon, all priced at par.

The series 2004A-2 bonds are due 2009, 2018 and 2024. The 2009 bonds have a 3.5% coupon, the 2018 bonds have a 5.75% coupon and the 2024 bonds have a 6.1% coupon, also all priced at par.

Bear, Stearns & Co. and M.R. Beal & Co. were the remarketing agents.
