Dallas County Utility and Reclamation District in Texas to convert $189.9 million series 2005 refunding bonds

New York, April 3 - The Dallas County Utility and Reclamation District in Texas plans to convert $189.9 million in series 2005A and series 2005B unlimited tax refunding bonds.

The bonds will be converted to a fixed-rate mode from an auction-rate mode on April 9, according to a conversion notice.

The series 2005A bonds are due from 2009 to 2029, and the series 2005B bonds are also due from 2009 to 2029.
