New York, Nov. 30 - DaimlerChrysler Mexico Holding SA de CV sold a total of Ps. 571 million of certificados bursatiles (/mxA1+/F1+(mex)) in two tranches on Wednesday.
The issuer sold Ps. 471 million of 42-day certificados bursatiles to yield 8.84%. Bids ranged from 8.74% to 9%.
The second tranche is comprised of Ps. 100 million of 91-day ceetificados bursatiles, which priced to yield 8.80%. Bids ranged from 8.75% to 8.85%.
Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent for both transactions.
The 42-day certificates are issue number 103-2005 in DaimlerChrysler's current certificados bursatiles program. The 91-day certificates are issue number 104-2005.
The issuer, based in Mexico City, is the financial arm for DaimlerChrysler.
