New York, Oct. 26 - DaimlerChrysler Mexico Holding SA de CV said it sold a total of Ps. 601 million of certificados bursatiles in three tranches on Wednesday.
The issuer sold Ps. 520 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles (/mxA-1+/F1+(mex)) to yield 9.10%. Bids ranged from 9.08% to 9.12%.
The second tranche is made up of Ps. 69 million of 91-day certficados bursatiles (/mzA-1+/F1+(mex)), which priced to yield 9.19%. Bids ranged from 9.15% to 9.21%. The original amount offered was Ps. 70 million.
The third tranche comprises Ps. 12 million of 357-day certificados bursatiles (/mxA-1+/F1+(mex)), which priced to yield 9.60%. The minimum and maximum bids were 9.60%. The original amount offered was Ps. 30 million.
Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent for all three transactions.
The settlement date is Thursday. The 28-day certificates are issue number 90-2005 in DaimlerChryler's current certificados bursatiles program. The 91-day certificates are issue 91-2005 and the 357-day certificates are issue 92-2005.
The issuer, based in Mexico City, is the financial arm for DaimlerChrysler.
