S&P rates Air Medical Group B
Standard & Poor's said it withdrew the B corporate credit rating on Air Medical Holdings LLC following its merger with Air Medical Group Holdings Inc. after the acquisition by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. in April 2015.
The agency also said it assigned a B corporate credit rating to Air Medical Group Holdings.
The outlook is stable.
All of the debt ratings on the Air Medical Group are unchanged, S&P said.
